Randall Baker is a dedicated trial attorney based in Los Angeles, specializing in personal injury litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injuries. Mr. Baker earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in 2003. During his time at Whittier, he distinguished himself as a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, honing his advocacy skills and preparing for a successful career in litigation.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in June 2004, Mr. Baker embarked on a legal career focused on civil litigation and advocacy. Prior to his position at Setareh Law, he has gained valuable experience working at esteemed law firms, including The Wilshire Law Firm, Roquemore Pringle & Moore, and the Law Offices of Gary A. Bemis. As a senior litigation attorney, Mr. Baker has handled a wide range of cases, from drafting pleadings to conducting discovery to representing clients at trial.
Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Baker is known for his diverse interests and hobbies. An avid dog lover, he finds solace and joy in the company of his furry companions.
